
Upward Running
One Community Church is excited to invite you to join Upward Running - we’re a running/walking club, a community with purpose. It’s about more than miles; it’s about encouragement, accountability, and growth. With training and a supportive network, you’ll find strength and confidence every step of the way.

Begin a 12-week training program that introduces you to running/walking and ends with the
group completing a 5K challenge in July.

We will meet weekly to learn about running/walking, share in-person support, motivation, inspiration, and devotions. We'll also hear from guest speakers. Lastly, we complete 1 of 3 weekly running/walking training
sessions together using the RunApp.

​Your registration includes a 5K Challenge Book, an Upward Running water bottle, weekly meeting on-site.
*Each runner or walker will be required to download the Upward RunClub App when registering. This app is
$9.97 a month through Upward, and will be required for the 12-week running group as it assists you in your weekly training.
